Gartner Group, an internationally recognized leader in research and consulting services, predicts that the digital radio market will grow to almost $70 billion (numbers changed) worldwide in 2004 before falling off slightly. Subscription Based Satellite Radio Portfolio: kMusic Service offering has evolved from DVD to include other subscription based, fixed, and regular XM Radio kits and compatible music downloads.

Digital Music on Demand: "kMusic" will continue to develop its low cost, high quality music /content development and programming center in India, which provides significant cost advantages over U.S. and Europe-based competitors.

Consulting Services: kMusic will combine consulting services of Kuvedina, with service offerings to develop strong customer relationships with corporate clients and advance its service offerings.

Sales Channels

A multi-national marketing and sales team has been made ready for both direct and indirect sales channels. In order to capitalize on the opportunities in major geographic region, "kMusic Business Unit" has put into place a network of on-the-ground, experienced, and incentivized sales and marketing personnel. These teams will build both direct customer relationships and indirect channels (through systems integrators, Media manufacturers, and so on.). The indirect channel partners have given kMusic leverage in allocating resources and building its partnerships with indirect sales channels. Value added Partners such as XM Radio/Yahoo/Apple are being targeted by kMusic Services to provide geographic reach, credibility, and customers.
