ATPL will incubate offshore developement center in India, for companies around the globe. This model works on the BUILD-OPERATE-TRANSFER paradigm. This model helps companies wanting to establish offshore center but are not sure of the environment and complexitiesof doing business in India. We will establish , recruit and develop the management and the technical personnel of the incubated center and at the right time will spin off the incubated center to become an independent entity.
